***Don't throw out that last bit of wine.
Freeze the wine into ice cubes for future use in casseroles and sauces.
***Wrap celery in aluminum foil. It will last for weeks.
***Too much holiday spirit?
Cure headaches by cutting a lime in half and rub the lime on your forehead. The throbbing will go away.(ed. note: I haven't tried this. If it doesn't work, you could get the salt and tequila....well, you know the drill.)
